holymoly, I'm totally in love with lubee's "Leafy Greens."

I know, right?

Not that I would ever use it...just look at it, turn the beads, rub it against my cheek.

Everyone's yarns are beautiful!!!! I love all of the experimental coolness!!! I dyed a bunch of roving this week and then spun some of it up- here's a few skeins...

Awww, I forgot to get my boyfriend to take pictures, and now he's out of town (and with his camera, too!). So all I have is this cruddy "sneak peek" I took yesterday when I couldn't figure out the macro setting. :-P

From left to right, you have:
Gentlemen Prefer Blondes--Hot pink merino plied with dark pink thread and Swarovski crystals
November--Unknown gray mystery wool overdyed with autumnal colors. It's strong and perfect for outerwear, though I don't know what anyone will do with outerwear laceweight...
Annie's Jammies--Maroon merino plied with green-looking commercial mohair that subtly changes colors. It's really gorgeous and cuddly in person.
7 Year Itch--Faux cashmere (I think it might be nylon?), plied with white thread and irridescent yellow and gold glass beads. Although it looks like a white blob in this picture...

These are my first wheelspun yarns, and also, the last of my fiber. I have about 2 ounces waiting to be plyed, and 4 ounces to be spun, and that's IT. Oh well, I'll just have to get creative!

Wow, very pretty yarn this Friday! I went through all five pages to see all of them. Very drool-worthy. Cheesy
