retro slim fit dress

i love love love this dress, but dont have 100 dollars to spend on it.

and all the dress silhouettes around seem to be so flowy these days, I've been searching pattern sites all night.  any ideas on where to find a pattern for something at least similar? perhaps i'll have to try my hand at pattern making, but for such a fitted dress, im a bit weary of it.

Ebay looks like it might be a good bet..  I found one kinda (sorta maybe) similar there

Prob not the right size and the sleeves and the neckline are different, but maybe it would give you a starting point....  otherwise try a search for 40's patterns (50's might work too)...

both vogue and mccalls have similar patterns. i can think of two vogue off the top of my head.   one is an options patterns and does have a full and narrow shirt options. the other is the galaxy dress.
