Thanks!  I think i can get the zipper part ok, but i am talking about when you sew up the sides, and then go across the zipper down the other side to sew it all together, my zippers always get a little funky there.  I guess it would be over the parts where you sew the little 1" piece to the zipper.  Is there a way that the zipper should be folded, or maybe pressed?  Thanks!

I got it from this etsy seller, Sakura Fabric: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5138364 ...I checked and it looks like she has some in her shop, along with some other colors!

i don't have too many cosmetics to need a bag for them but i think this bag can be nice for toiletteries also..travel size!

I used this tutorial to make this bag:



It is a great tutorial, and I will definitely be making more! The only think I had problems on was sewing over the zipper, the top corners did not turn out right. Maybe next time!

Just got through printing out the directions and looking soooo forward to trying
to make this.  I have always had a fear of zippers too, so hoping for the best. Thanks for doing this tut for us - YOU ARE GREAT!!!!

Ok I have a question. started cutting out this bag tonight and was wondering: when you cut out the pattern do you cut out each pc. from the fabric or do you cut it out in a whole piece? Probably a stupid question but.......Thanks Edi
