So I just finished a bag from Simplicity 4668 and I think it turned out like an old lady bag.



Here's the inside...



I almost think I should have done the polka dots on the outside and lined it with the paisley. You can hardly see the pleating on the front. Oh well, live and learn I guess...

I like it the way it is!!!

But if you are unsure, you can always take some more fabric (maybe you have enough left or can buy more) and just re-do it with the fabric vice versa.

If this is an old lady bag, then I must be an old lady trapped in a teenager's body Smiley ...I think it turned out quite nicely. I like the paisley print--it is more unique and bold than the polka dots.

I like it too , i dont thinkits old lady fabric at all , actually i could see one of the hot hollywood stars carrying something like that . Grin
