Ok, so I just got a whole bunch of great information from:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=2428.0 about copyrights
But I was unable to find any information on stock photography. This may be a really dumb question, but is using stock photography in a craft and selling the image any different then using an image that has been copyrighted? If it's stock photography, does that mean it's free rein??

Copyrights vary from place to place. There should be copyright specs listed with the company you purchased the photos from. If you can't find them, you should send them an inquiry. They may have you get in touch with the photographer/artist.

Stock photography will be copyrighted - it's unlikely to be public domain.

The people you get it from will tell you the terms of use, the license you are using it under.
