I just made these cookies for the first time and they turned out great. They're not the most visually appealing, but they're quite tasty.

The recipe is:

3 very  ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups oats
1/3 vegetable oil
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
some cinnamon. Put in as little or as much as you want.

Then cook for 20 minutes at 335 degrees. Super easy.

mmmm! That sounds very good, and btw, who cares if its visually appealing (just don't bring them to any birthday parties!)

I am so hungry now!  And they look mighty scrumptious, truly.

Yeah they probably would be good with peanut butter. Hmmmm.

By the way, although it's great that they have no sugar, that also means that they're not the sweetest. So I would probably choose them for breakfast, not dessert.

They look perfectly appealing to me!

And a fantastic alternative to the other nasties I've been eating; oh comfort food! I hate exam time!!

Some good lighting and a pretty plate and you'd be well on your way, there's nothing wrong with the cookies! I'd make them in a snap! Smiley

Thanks for sharing the recipe!  I actually made them this morning and they were delicious for breakfast.  I had to improvise a tiny bit though: I didn't have any vanilla extract left so I used almond and butter extract instead, but it was still delicious  Cheesy
