I think they are sexy.
I second the idea of thicker ribbon, it might not cinch as much.

I am also curious what underwear you wear under there. Lol

I just wanted to join in the pants love....I could not stop laughing at the whole pot roast/sausage thing. I know I shouldn't be laughing, but you just seemed so concerned about it, but you look so good in those pants...anyhow, I also like the evening-out idea, but I'm kind of addicted to symmetry and stuff.

I think they look great! But, I can completely understand your issue with them, though. They would also look great with contrasting fabric underneath the lacing, that's what I would do if I was planning on wearing them somewhere where I wouldn't feel comfortable showing that skin, like work or something. Nice job!

Aw Fluxity you just bet me to it! I was thinking contrasting fabric would be cool, like hot pink/purple/orange/whatever colour you're into footless tights/full length tights.

Specially when it's cold!

But wow I love them so much. I tried something similar with some three quarters I own, that were disgustingly baggy, so I tightened them but a bit too much so I tried coresetting them, but only slightly and it never worked out.

But this is frickin awesome (like all your stuff!)
