So I was actually making these for a submission ... and after submitting (after first getting a confirmation of interest) I was told that they were a "fad" item Sad I'm still proud of how they turned out, though! Laced-up socks and matching fingerless gloves ... this set's sized for a child, so my daughter is modeling - scabby knees and all Wink

ooh!  I may have to do an homage in knit because I'm still a crocheting newb.  I have trouble following crochet patterns.  Undecided

if you do, show it off n tell me where to see it, please?

and ... have you tried crochet patterns with repeating stitches? They're usually much easier to follow, because they're the same thing over and over.

So far, all I've done in crochet is 2 hats.  I always have a long list of to dos and WIPs, might be a while, but I'll let you know when it's done, because I'll be looking at your pictures a lot. Smiley

I've pm'd a couple of you ... but I don't want to say anything more that might wind me up in hot water!

And yay knittinfiasco - I can't wait to see Smiley Keep at the crochet ... I'm in the same boat but opposite, trying to learn how to knit and for some reason it's constantly confusing me!

I too am totally upset that they are taking the servers down to fix things. Why can't they just let things stay broken? I don't care if I can't move due to lag or if quests are bugged. If I leave my room my mom may make me get a job.
