The story behind this card: I was really sick in 2004 & there was just no hope in site. I was getting CT scans every other week.  Every time one came back it was more bad new.  The background on this card is the first report that basically says my cancer had stopped spreading & in fact was going nonactive.

I guess what makes this particularly important to me, is that I got this news the day after I found out my first Grand child was on his way.
All of the sudden I went from planning a funeral to planning a birthday.

So even though the background of this card looks grim,  I keep that report as a reminder of an important turning point in my live and a day I felt the makers presence.

I know this is probably a little too much personal information.  If this offends anyone please PM me & I'll take it down.

What a beautiful, personal card. Knowing the story behind it makes it that much more special.

I'm so sorry.  I messed up when I originally posted this & didn't include the explanation. With out the explanation of that report, you're right it about what it looks like.
I've gone back & added the missing info.
I hope you weren't offended.

I wasn't offended at all, I was just wondering. That's a wonderful story, I'm so glad to hear everything turned out all right. Very lovely picture.
