Under Where? Under The Hoodie

I can't believe I haven't posted this yet I made this last year!:

Up close and personal:

I used my crappy cell phone to take these pictures. The colors really are these:

I wanted to get as close as I could to the colors of the one in the book. I don't own anything in these colors so it was a nice change. It's made with Caron Simply Soft in size Medium. It's super soft and it only cost me 6 bucks to make! I haven't had the chance to wear it much outdoors (southeast Texas mind you), but I wear it all the time indoors because I married a polar bear.
I even have another UTH WIP in green shades:

I'm making this one a size larger to be more comfy and a little frumpy for my days when I feel lazy (or lousy).

I even had enough yarn left over to make a handbag (crochet) from the Happy Hooker!

wow, that looks awesome! i've been thinking about making an UTH for awhile, but my "sweater budget" hasn't allowed me yet. i do like simply soft, though, and for $6 i might just have to go for it!

I'm working on one of these at the moment, this is the first knitted jumper for me and loved the pattern so much i just had to have one so the methods are new, i keep making the picked up stitches wonky but i'm learning and getting through it and is quite fun. I hope mine turns out to look as good as yours.
