If all our life is but a dream, fantastic posing greed
Then we should feed our jewelry to the sea
For diamonds do appear to be
Just like broken glass to me.

Thank you so much for all the super nice comments!

was it difficult ?
Not at all. The knitting was simple and straight forward. I also really liked the armhole shaping- really clever and simple. The finishing may have been the most tedious and tricky part. I did have to do a couple rows of sc crochet around the neckline.

How long did it take you ?
This didn't take too long to knit. I think the front and back pieces took about 4 days each of dedicated knitting, while the sleeves may have taken about 2 hours each. All in all, 2 weeks of knitting, 2 weeks to find the right buttons, so about a month from start to finish. Also, I used a larger needle size for the ribbed skirt section to make that part go by a little faster.

It is so cute and looks great on you. If you decide not to add onto it just wear it as a tunic or as is if you have the nerve, which I know I wouldn't, LOL!

I love it!

And it doesn't look too short...just kind of little-girlish.

I think it is so cute!! Cheesy

If you think it is too short I guess you could wear it with skinny jeans Tongue But that would probably be to hot for summer.

wow. i've had this issue sitting on my craft table since early april, having flipped through it and not really loving any of the patterns. but now, i think i'm going to do this pattern, but short like you did for a tunic/shirt thing. THAT i love. and i love love love the buttons.

oh, and you do have great legs, and i am definately jealous. I can't wear anything shorter than just below the knee. Smiley
