Creating Extraordinary Beads from Ordinary Materials

I just wanted to recommend this book. It has some really fun ideas.  I used a couple of the techniques to make this:

(you can see the other ones I made at http://www.craftastic.com/misc.html)

I just saw something (maybe it was on Carol Duvall!?) about making beads from paper! Yours are so cool! I love comic book art too much!

Sometimes it's knit and sometimes it's crochet.

This a a fantastic book. I would also highly recommend it. It opens up a whole new area for bead making. I appreciate the fact that you can use things that are already in your home and you don't have to buy expensive clays. I found my copy at an art supply store.

I've never heard of paper beads, but after doing a google image search, i'm certainly impressed.
