I've just finished Lily's Sunshine Sweater in Patons Diploma Gold DK. I decided to make the sleeves full length. Washed, blocked, lovely and soft. I highly recommend this pattern, it's an easy knit (lace drove me wild though), it's a good pattern for the sewaphobes among us and Lily is really helpful and responds quickly to queries

This is the yoke vest from Loop d Loop in Sirdar Click. Too warm but looks good and the shape is lovely

Very Berry t-shirt from March's MagKnits in Sirdar Denim Tweed DK, modelled by Georgie, my daughter (aged 9, ain't she purty?)

Briar Rose from Knitty Spring 2007 knitted by my sister in law in Patons Diploma Gold DK. We love this yarn, machine washable and dryable! Ddn't dare put it in the tumble dryer though, it's hot enough here in the UK to dry naturally at the moment (brownie points to those who notice that Georgie couldn't be bothered to take off the Very Berry t-shirt)

Finally, julsey728(?)'s anthropologie inspired capelet in Rowan Polar. Georgie took this photo on the day that I attended the ceremony to announce the UK's new children's laureate Michael Rosen, author and poet. I was lucky and honoured enough to be a member of the selection panel. I went on the underground, knitting all the way there and all the way back home. Got some funny looks but mostly smiles

Wowsers - that's a lot of talent to put in one post! I love the first one, where do I go about obtaining the pattern? I'd love to have one of my own. And it looks magnificent in the yarn you chose.

Your daughter and the knits are a perfect compliment to each other - both look adorable!
