Swap gallery! Grin
Going to post pics in a sec, just need to link this topic to the main thread or I'll forget Tongue

-okay pictures!-

My crafts are based on my username, Melladh, which is a gaelic (celtic) word that means illusion Smiley

First of all Grieney made me this gorgeous bag

Sorry for the disturbing bit of "plastic pond" peering out behind the side of it.. that's not part of the bag

It's got my username on it, written with ribbon, and it's mirrored and stuff... Grin (too tired for linguistical skills)

The pic is a bit dark, but you can make out Melladh on it anyway I hope Smiley The fabric is an interesting mix of colors when you look at it closely, greens and blues and hints of red...

Next I got a pretty ribbon notebook with a celtic-style ribbon "knot" on the front, and a gorgeous book clutch

kitten is helping out with the photo shoot

The colors are a bit off (duller than irl), I had to take them in the shade on my balcony because things look even weirder if I take pics inside. But this attempt to take a photo of the inside of the clutch shows the ribbon notebook colorwise Grin

My cat was incredibly fascinated by these odd new scents!

Here's the beautiful front of the book / back of the clutch (with the flap open.. shamefully my camera didn't pick up the beautiful silver-gray swirls on the fabric used for the flap and the lining)

My monster was also delighted to find that there were treats for him. I didn't have the heart to tell him that probably wasn't the original intention of the cardboard box the things came in...

"If I can't go inside it because it's too small, and it bends if I try to sit on it, that MUST mean I'm supposed to EAT IT!"

Thank you Grieney! Smiley

Does it say "updated" when you modify a post?  Huh Oh well, I saved my stuff in my first post, works well enough if I comment on that too Grin

I forgot to mention that my name means harvester or summer, so the market bag (for the stuff I harvest) and the hair ties (to keep me cool in summer) were wonderful adaptations of my name Smiley

I feel special
