SO cute! I love that you started your seeds in an eggshell! I'll be buying some seeds this weekend and try it out! I also love how you decorated your water bottles. Is that material that you decorated with??

Yeah, I just measured around the bottle (9 inches) and decided how tall I wanted the wrap to be (3.5 inches) cut some rectangles out of scrap fabric and glued them on.  No seaming, no nothin'.  I even used wood glue, because that was what I had handy!  Then I cut some 9 inch sections of leftover ribbon and glued those on around the edges for trim.

Super easy peasy.

Nice tutorial, When I first saw the title I thought you were going to use an egg with the contents intact by using a pin to drill a hole and dropping the seed in. Then I was thinking you were going to plant the whole egg shell with the top broken off after the seed sprouted. Fooled me though it was another great idea for a smart seed starter container. Great if you eat a lot of eggs. I can't even remember the last time I ate eggs. I think that is what I will make today, eggs in a nest. You know the circle cut out of the bread and cracking the egg right into the circle, also great is frying or toasting the circle you cut out.
thank you for sharing.
