5.07 DIY wedding crafts

Got married last month and here are the DIY items I did.  Names and faces blocked out.

Programs
Eight-page book style program.  I used 8.5" x 11" cardstock for the cover and the same size text weight paper for the inside.  I used a bone folder to make the crease, punched holes 1/3 and 2/3 down the spine, and threaded and tied an 18" length of ribbon for each one.






Menu cards

Guest book
This is a semi-DIY.  I purchased a journal from a bookstore, added one of our engagement pics and our date and names.





Place cards
Paper from Paper Source.  Calligraphy pen from Sheaffer.





Table names
Each table name had a framed picture of a different museum in DC, my hometown.  Frames from Ikea.  The pics are publicity stills off of Web sites.  I also included a factoid about the museum.  I included one for the Smithsonian Castle here.




Favors
The tins are from Favor Online.  They are filled with mints from Metro Candy, and the labels were from Office Depot.  The label has the name, date, and clip art of the Capitol Building (hometown again).
