I haven't posted here in a while!
OK, emphasis on the INSPIRED because this dress went in a totally different direction than what I had planned. The belt is temporary; I've been telling myself that I'm going to make a matching belt...but I've been slacking off!

I'd say its more 70s than 60s but regardless, it is LOVELY  Grin  You must make a matching belt or wear it with a lighter coloured one, the black doesn't flatter the dress at all and the colour is soooo pretty  Grin

Messel: I got the fabric from Jo Anns, actually. It's also lined with a poly cotton.

ZaftigMomma: Yeah...it started out kinda A line with no sleeves....but it had a mind of it's own. That belt is not the best... thanks for the suggestions!
