I got some pretty shiny stuff from a pretty talented seamstress! Here is what I got:

A really cool Wash inspired apron with pockets. I used it this weekend while teaching a beading class, and it was super handy, yet festive (just like Wash).  Shown here with the Browncoat inspired plaid wool scarf she sent (I LOVE scarves).

A sash to wear when I am feeling lordly, along with a nice organizer made of a lovely fabric.

And a very cool rehabbed Kaylee bag...can't you totally see her with this? I am modeling it with the neckwarmer that I sent to ScotSkipper.

Emmy (my browncoat tabby) approves of the bag, too.

THANK YOU!!!

Here is what I sent off...

An Inara beaded traveling jewelry pouch, with porcelain bead slides on the strap to make sure the shiny contents stay secure.

Here are Inara's earrings that she keeps inside, and a bracelet Kaylee made for Inara.

A River-inspired neckwarmer/scarf, with a little beaded pin fastener.

These picture don't BEGIN to show how shiny and skillful Wiseowl's swap was. I'm over the moons!

Isn't that neckwarmer a perfect homage to the garment in which River swallowed a bug? (Yes, I use Crafty grammar, too.)

And the pouch is no-sew -- except, of course for the fabulous beads. Clever, clever cutting.

Even the jewelry wires are multi-colored, just like Kaylee's toolkit.

I'm so lucky!

I feel so bad that it has taken me this long to get pics up, but I wanted to get a couple of closeups posted of the wonderful things TheCraftyCat sent to me.

Gorgeous purple sparkly Inara shawl and multi colored Kaylee headband.

I am packing the shawl a cruise I am going on next week!  It will be perfect to wear to dinner in the over air-conditioned dining rooms.

SHINY cross-stitch and the greatest crocheted Warsh dino

The dino has taken up residence on my home computer's printer.

Very cool things.  Thank you TheCraftyCat!
