Everything looks great so far.  I love the windchimes.  And the stenciled shirts are awesome.

I love the wind chimes, so very Kaylee. I hadn't even noticed that the gallery had pictures in  Roll Eyes

Like the blue hands and strawberry earrings too even though I can't wear such things... Smiley

Karasu's package arrived  today!

I sent her some purple glass bead bracelets:

Some Slinky Dress Bath Salts (lavender and rose):

A blue hands key ring charm:

A River themed coffee mug.  It says "I can kill you with my brain":

An origami ball.  I'm sure that River has this as a hobby:

Simon's hollowed out text book on Uncommon Cancers (Sure they still use books! At least to hide things  Wink):

I had so much fun crafting for you Karasu!

I love the bracelets and hollowed out book!  I haven't tried jewelry making yet but I will in the next few weeks.

I received from Picklesticks today and its all manner of shiny!!

First up is this brilliant wall hanging

Picklesticks tells me that this is the Chinese character for good fortune on it, upside down so that the good fortune is coming in and not going out. And you know what, the red is almost the exact same shade as the armchairs in our living room!

next is the coolest little pouch.

I love blue and yellow! I think I am going to use it to put my USB drives in with all my research and dissertation stuff on them. That way even when I don't want to work on it, the pouch will make me all happy. The colours remind me of the flowers in Serenity's kitchen. That probably wasn't what Picklesticks was going for, but its shiny!

Here's a closeup of the badges she made for me:

I told her I'd love something with that quote an it and this is perfect. It looks so good on the pouch

And last up - now this is where ya'll really get to envy me - Goslings. With Jayne Hats! I squee'd and scared the workmen. That'll teach me to open swap packages before I get back to my office.

I cannot wait for the boy to get home so I can show him. Remember those goslings I won in the charity auction at the serenity screening, well they now live on top of our TV. The boy keeps looking at them suspiciously, he insists that they are plotting against him. This is going to feed the paranoia. Mine is an evil laugh

Thank you Picklesticks! You really are the best!

for those who are wondering about my boy's sanity, he's really not serious although...

Those goslings and wall hangings make my crafting skills feel very inferior lol they're so shiny!  A friend of mine suggested I make goslings but I hadn't a clue how - you did it so well Picklesticks!

That's just typical. Our depot is open till 19.15 as they seem to have worked out that otherwise most people wont get their parcels due to working. Otherwise I'm in all day today so I'm waiting for my parcel. Can't wait to see what you think of what I made. So nervous.
