i know i'm itching to start i keep telling myself - myself you can't go to AC Moore's yet you just have to wait.... Smiley

So I suppose that telling you that the JoAnn's stores are having a HUGE clearance and I walked out of the store with over $200 in yarn for about $35?

I figure that if my partner can't use it, I sure can!! Smiley

* blinks innocently *

Oh that sale sounds dangerous!  I get paid tomorrow :X

Oh it's quite dangerous .. I have discovered a weakness for red tags in front of bins of yarn ... I think I bought them out of a couple different types/colors ...

sales are my kryptonite!!!!!

My joanns is having a big big sale june 17-23, and all knit and crochet books/patterns/needles/hooks are all 40% off.  Plus, they've sent me 6 50% off coupons.  I think they want me to break my "no spending money on crafting this month" vow...

...and they may win...

Yeah, they send me a bunch of coupons in the mail, and then if you go there and buy something, they give you sheets with more coupons on them.  The ladies all know me there (I have a habit), so they give me extra sheets in secret.  I signed up in the store.

Thankfully there is one between home and work.  Next time I go in I will have to sign up for the mailing list.  Their yarn selection isn't huge, but decent enough.

Yeah, I mostly use joann's yarn for big projects like blankets, or for kids projects.  I can't afford to make things like that out of nice wool, and some of the new acrylics that Joanns carries aren't too bad.  Plus, being washable is always nice!
