c_lest_m : I got the fabric from an outlet store in Pennsylvania (which I miss TERRIBLY now that I'm back in California).  It was in the discount bin, so it was supa-cheap!

I total agree with you "Be pasty and proud!" i'm from Australia so i know the dangers of skin cancer and quiet frankly i hate tans, they look terrible skin isn't suppose to be bright orange it isn't natural and every time i see someone who is bright pink i cringe thinking they will be peeling for days. They've brought out new skin cancer ads in Australia i just hope people realise the risk.

But i digress i love the bikini great shape and good choice of fabric red, black and white always work well together.

I love it! One question for anyone who knows- if we buy spandexish fabric, say from www.spandexworld.com or someplace, does it need to be chlorine treated as I have heard? Because I can't find any fabric that has supposedly been chlorine treated, so I'm wondering that even happens or is really necessary to retain color or stretch..?

Gorgeous! What material did you use to make it? (and please post more photos! you'll encourage the rest of us to do it too in time for summer!)
