Hey guys!  I thought it would be interesting if everyone shared some knitted objects from their favorite tv shows or movies. (If this is a repeat thread or in the wrong folder, just let me know, I'm kind of a newbie =) )
Everyone knows about the scarves from Harry Potter and Jayne's hat from Firefly, but I thought I would share some of my more obscure favorite knitted objects.

First off, I know she's supposed to be an MRF, but I think her hat and shawl are really cute.  (From Arrested Development, if nobody's seen it)

And the second is from Lord of the Rings--it's small, but Pippin's scarf is knitted.  Here is a small (bad) picture.

Anyway, thought I would share my favorites!  I hope somebody else has something they can contribute to the thread!

I'm going to check into this thread a lot for inspiration.

I love the hat. Cute flower embellishment. I'm guessing that's a layered crochet flower?

Hmm...that's what I thought. Is the shawl crocheted too? I wish we had a close-up.

Either way, it's cute! Cheesy

I'm guessing it's sort of like a plain shawl and secured with a pin.

Oops! I was looking at the wrong thing! Embarrassed

Now she can't do without it. Twenty balls of wool a day, sometimes. If she can't get the wool she gets violent. What can we do about it?"

That shawl is hairpin lace.  There's already a thread for movie knits and I think one for tv knits as well.  They really could be one thread, though.
