I made these for my cousin who loves Alice in Wonderland.

The picture is not very accurate. The paint really isn't that uneven. (I'm going to check and see if my cousin has a better photo). The Cheshire Cat's face got all winky wonky and pinkish from the spray paint, I think, but other than that I like how they turned out. I'm thinking about doing a whole buncha series! Like Disney Princesses, Disney heroes, Disney animals, et cetera (Because I am a freak like that, hahahahaha.)

Comments and constructive criticism would absolutely make my day!

Very cute! The one of Alice reminds me of those little paintings on rocks which I love. This was a great idea! Would love to see more.

Cute! I love it how they are so round. Reminds me of these Japanese dolls, I forgot what they're called (not kokeshi), they are also all round and you're supposed to collect them...

Thanks so much for your compliments everybody! I really appreciate it, and if I make more in the near future I will definitely show you!

(They are pretty small ... Alice can stand on a quarter no problem. Maybe about 1.5" high?)

I made Belle and Pocahontas tonight:

If anyone sees any glaring mistakes, let me know. That's a pretty crappy picture, so you can't see any details (like, Pocahontas has dark blue streaks in her hair.)

Any Disneyish requests? I love making these things!

go nuts and do the Giligans Island crew and anything else you can think of, they are adorable LOL

I have never seen Gilligans Island! But that would be cool. Do you dabble in polymer clay? Try it out! I would love to see it!

I actually made someone Cinderella for a Disney swap (but shh! don't tell! surprise!). But I think I'm going to try Snow White out. I'm going to find a reference tonight to see what her hair looks like.

How freakin adorable!  It may be too much detail for such a teeny figure, but Pocahontas had that turquiose and shell necklace.
I want to steal Alice's cat!! It's teeny, it's round...and way to cute.
I love me some Stitch...he'd make an uber cute teeny. Great job, now I want to go play with my son's Play-Do lol

Oh crap! I forgot all about that. I'll try to add it before I go off to work.

Soooo cute! I know this isn't along the "princess" theme but I think a teeny darth vader and luke skywalker would be adorable. (and maybe a princess leia  Wink )

I didn't! I think she already had those. But they are pretty cute. Maybe I should try my hand at some shrooms.

I made Jasmine and Snow White last night. I'll post pics soon (that is, if people aren't getting sick of them?).

I have to agree w/ everyone that those are just adorable! Jasmine is my favorite Disney princess, so I'm really excited to see her. I do have a couple questions if you don't mind sharing your secrets... What kind of clay did you use? Did you glaze them? What kind of paint did you use?

I don't mind at all! I use Sculpey clay (I hear it's the worst kind to use but it's the only one I could find at Wal*Mart!), then I just use regular acrylic paint (also found at Wal*Mart). After I'm done painting them, I spray-paint them with clear spray paint, which isn't the most precise way of making them shiny, but it works for me (at least, until I can find some glaze).

And finally ... Jasmine and Snow White! You'll have to excuse the super blurry pictures ... I suck at using my camera.

And the back, so you can see Jasmine's hair and Snow White's cape:

Try using the close-up option on your camera...it should look like a little flower.  It'll give you a much clearer shot Smiley

I just have to say... if you make Jasmine, you HAVE to make Genie and Aladdin! Or at least Apu... come on, you know it would be awesome! Smiley Aladdin's my fave!
