and she had a lovely day sunbathing in our 104+ weather.

Aw man... I wish it was only 104 here. It's been 110-115 which is actually low this year. Jack's been happy for the A/C. haha

I'm having a hard time not posting ALL my pictures, but here are a few teasers.

Sauron with his new friends.  The blue rabbit is Bobby, my oldest stuffy (you can tell by the amount of wear he's had Cheesy ), and the bear is Nigel.  You can't tell, because Sauron's head is in the way, but Nigel has a Union Jack patch on his chest.  So Sauron has fit in rather well, as his two new friends are another rabbit and another Briton. Smiley

Peering out of my oregano bush.  He appears to be plotting something, judging by that smirk.

We took a trip to the Coast yesterday (we're in Oregon).  Here he is checking out the Whale Watching Station at the Umpqua River Lighthouse, where the river meets the ocean.  We didn't see any whales, probably because it's the wrong time of year.  (Sorry for the bad lighting--it was getting dark by this time.)

I love this gallery!

Oh, whale watching sounds like fun. Smiley

Here's a mystery shot of Bullseye around my town. My mom actually went sight-seeing with me today and this pose was her idea! Cheesy

Lucy & me enjoying a cup o'joe!  And that's the *small* size! Smiley

Yes.  I'm really that red.

I'm English.

I think about the sun and I get sunburned. Wink

Here's Lucy perusing the vinyl stax.  She didn't find anything.  She has very discriminating tastes in music! Wink

Nope, 'fraid not.  I saw it on my mystery vacation and it just screamed "little visitor photo op!" Cheesy  It was pretty huge  -- I'm 5'7'' and there's at least another foot above me!  Poor Lucy would have been lost in the pix if I hadn't held onto her!

I hope no one on this swap recognizes where that cup is -- if you do, don't tell Gerrijo!

Okay - I am trying to save all the good stuff but little Pierre was feeling a little homesick over the holiday so I showed him craftster and let him look at all the pictures in this gallery and he perked right up!  Then he proceeded to spend the next four hours looking at projects.  Can you blame him though?

Four hours looking at projects?!  Yea, I know what *that* feels like! Cheesy

It's good to see Pierre has settled in nicely.  Made himself right @ home using your 'puter.  You might want to check on him tho' -- one minute he's on Craftster, the next he's surfing for bunny pr0n! Wink   Like this:

I must apologize for teh scandalous images! Smiley Grin Wink *feigns shock*

Shield my eyes!  Oh the humanity!  Not bunny porn!  I am going to download one of those anti-bunny-porn filters just in case.

!  Yes, she really is quite picky about her music taste.  A bit of a music snob that one.

His name is Dan Klennert.  If you have ever been to Mt. Ranier, the Paradise way, you've probably seen the giraffe.  We HAD to stop...Al made us! hee hee

Grin Al looks like he is having fun so far! And way cool that he got to meet the artist!

Poor Kimi hasn't been out very much, so far. We had torrential rain on the 4th, so no fireworks (even of the illegal kind in the back yard Wink ). I've been attached to a sewing machine since Tuesday in preparation for a craft fair (and we sold nothing!).

She's mostly been hanging with her new friends:

And doing some crafty reading (she may be doing some planning for a future adventure!):

Today, we started the tour of the city. Kimi wanted to check out the colleges first:

She should be having many more adventures in the coming weeks!
