The day after the night of too much vino...

Looks like little Lucy had a friendly buddy to keep her warm *hint hint* that night!

Hey kikigirl! Kimi Darebear is so cute! I love her little eye mask! I hope she enjoys her adventures!

This is Al, on his way...

He is carrying his ever-present messenger bag, which contains a slightly scorched star chart and some parts from his ship.

His journey across the country should be cake compared to his journey across the galaxy! Al crash-landed in my back yard, taking out a section of the stone wall. I heard the crash and saw a flash (hence the scorched star chart and parts of his ship...sadly, all that remains), and found Al when I went out to investigate!

Here's the smashed wall...Al is lucky that he survived! The postal service should be cake after that!

He's certainly looking forward to many adventures!

I think Al is going to totally dig Seattle!  It has some very alien lifeforms here that I don't understand.  Maybe he can help me!!!  Wink  I'll take super great care of his star charts since they've been all over the galaxy too.  Hopefully he gets here today.

Aww.. I love all the pictures!
Bryn and I had a relatively quiet week but we did get outside in the garden. She was fascinated by the carnivorous plants and waited and waited to watch a Venus Fly Trap grab a fly or ant -

Al has arrived safely and looks great!  He's posing as a piece of art here.  He is a proud one.

Here is all that was in his messenger bag.  WOW!  I'm wondering if watch batteries or something like that would help him get home?

He kept pointing at this area and at the star chart so I think it looks like home.  A clue maybe?

My neighbor, Komiko, wants to "play" with Al.  I've never heard that sound before!  I think Al trusts me more now because I made sure he was safe.  We have SO much fun planned!  I'm so glad he has come for a visit.   Cheesy

Good to see that Bryn is out getting some sun. Smiley

This weekend Bullseye really did a lot of running around - although not too much site seeing. We ended up in Cincinnati on Friday night for a concert and in Louisville on Saturday for a family reunion.

In the meantime, we stopped in at Lynn's Paradise Cafe and Bullseye enjoyed a giant cup of coffee! I got lots of other pictures of him hanging about the concrete tacky wonderfull-ness. Cheesy http://www.lynnsparadisecafe.com/index.html
