Pics will be posted as soon as my hubby teaches me how to download them off the camera!  I'm a tech-illerate

Paslydale was waiting for me Friday evening (when I got home from work)...in a beat up box...stupid USPS treatin' her like crap!  She was thrilled to get outta the box and my 3-month old promptly grabbed her and slobbered on her arm...i don't think she minded..

Saturday, we woke up early to go to Springs Spree, which is the city's largest community celebration!  (I had to work an info booth for work, I'm an insurance agent)  She met one of the city's finest EMT's and begged for a pic with him...*sigh*  she's a little flirt!

We're having a great time!  Falafel, your girl definitely keeps me on my toes!

So far we've taken Bryn 4wheeling and fishing... there will be much more to come though :-)

Here she is up at the look-out, not very impressed I'm afraid..

And here I managed to get the boys to pose with her after a long day of 4 wheeling. I think they were afraid to get too close though... she has quite the attitude

hahah!! Cheesy That's so cool!

Thanks for sharing some sneak peaks at Bryn's travels. I know she's quite the little "Negative Nancy". But I bet despite the grumpy looks, she's having a great time. Wink

Lucy then went for a spin w/the friendly neighborhood UPS guy.  Buckle Up!

Guess who arrived today?!?1!?!?1/!?1!?1!?!?  Nairne!  Oh, she is just the cutest little thing!  Reading her bio, she and I are just going to get along famously!!

Here she is, fresh from the envelope! <3

She came armed with a novel (looks like a mystery novel to me...) her sketch book (looks to be rapidly filling up) and her journal, I think.  (She was quite private about that, putting it back inside her purse, when I asked.   She's a little shy, but we're both ready and willing to have fun!)   Her purse lost one of its strawberry leaves in transit, so I'm going to either stitch or glue it back on, and she was -quite- warm with her scarf and the Montana heat!  She seems to be settling in fine though!  I'm going to introduce her to my other animals, (Only 4 here with me in Montana) after we have some lunch.  (What better way to get to know each other?)   I promise I'll post some pics after lunch too!

Now we're off to the post office to send back my contract!   And she's agreed to be the subject for my photography assignment due tomorrow!   ^_^

Oh my freaking gosh gizmonic, that picture of Lucy with the UPS man is absolutely hilarious.  I really can't get over it.  We took Pierre for a walk his first night here to show him the neighborhood.  We live right next to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and he wants to send this picture along!

Now I must go into surprise mode and try not to post any more pictures! Cheesy

My little visitor Minstrel will be coming on television!
This weekend there's a belgian tv programme that dares city's to fulfill 5 tasks. If the city completes the tasks they are awarded as a 5 Star City.
And guess what...this weekend it's in my town!
Tomorrow is the town meeting and me and Minstrel are going to help!
