I need a 70s costume for something i have coming up and I don't have the figure for ultraminis or hotpants! Any ideas?
I've got an old pair of red pj pants with white polka dots - is that 70s material? If so, I'm sure I could do a skirt out of it...maybe! Is there any easy way to make a dress out of it, without making me look like I'm wearing a polka dotted potato sack? (and wear with either white platforms or white stockings and black knee-his)
Any other suggestions are great!
