a friend of mine, make jewelry and I will gift some tools and supplies for her craft, she needs a very strong glue to use for cristals, stones, etc. Could you recomend any?

I use something called fix-all. its made by crazy glue and it ROCKS! It comes in a smaller tube thats easier to deal with. You don't use to much at time time so it last for a while but its inexpensive. it glues everything to everything and it lasts! I use it for many of the projects on my website.
