DORMANT: Crochetalong?

I would like to do a crochetalong as well. It sounds like fun!
I would like to do a biggish project however.  Or just something that can't be done in a day or so.

loving mittens.  agree that maybe shouldn't be something we can just whip out in an evening, but I think I might have sufficient enough difficulties with mittens to justify the crochetalong part.

This sounds like a great idea!  Hand warmers/ponchos seem like good projects too.

Okay, I'll admit that I just wanted to see if there was interest, I didn't really have a plan after that, lol
I'd like to make some fingerless gloves, so if anyone knows of a good pattern, I'll start a new thread for a fingerless gloves crochetalong.

ok, i found this pattern.

it seemed to me the best pattern, after a relatively short search, since there are men's and women's sizes and there are finished pictures that look good, and it's versatile ... people can keep off the mitten part or include it.

unless people had arm warmers in mind rather than fingerless gloves. a little different. a little more trendy perhaps.

if this is something people like, i will start a crochetalong thread. so this means, please respond or else i will think nobody's interested in this pattern and will do it all alone ...

ok, i found this pattern.

OOH OOH! I'm making those right now! Started them last night. Pretty easy, almost finished with the first one, I'm making a few alterations as well......ooooooh maybe I will join this, although I showed interest in the other crochetalong as well....maybe I'll do 2! Or we could combine both.....dunno.
