Hello to all - thanks for your nice comments.

Grommets are easy - just follow the instructions on the package.

BUT...the very easiest way to incorporate grommets into a design is to use the very cool READY-MADE grommet tape that is available in the notions department of your local fabric store.

I'm serious.  You can purchase black or white tape with the grommets already installed a couple of inches apart.  These are great for lots of applications.   I wish I had an example for you - but I don't right now - sorry!  More later!

I think this is the first necktie altered item that I've ever liked! Great job!

This is fab!  Nice job.  You can tell it's made from neckties, but it's not shaped like neckties, which I really like.

Great! You just gave my mom and I an idea for one of my sisters Christmas presents! We have tons of neckties and don't know what to do with them!

Be what you would seem to be - or, if you'd like it put more simply - never imagine yourself not to be otherwise than what it might appear to others that what you were or might have been was not otherwise than what you had been would have appeared to them to be otherwise.
