Hi everyone!  This is my first post on craftster.  This is also one of my first sewing projects.  I never knew were to look for one of these so I decided to make my own.

I like this way better than the alternatives out there. Raggedy Ann type dolls doing the splits. Ugh. Great job on yours!

Measure the length of the door and add an inch on each side.  Then I did about 10 inches from bottom to top.  Measure that out on a piece of folded fabric.  Cut it out and sew up the long side and one of the ends.  I used an old sleeping bag that my dog decided to destroy for filling.  Sew up the other end when you're done.  Voila!  Instant air keeper outer.  Hope that makes sense.  If you have any questions just let me know

Thanks!!  I sat here for 15 min. trying to come up with the correct name for that thing.  My best option was what I put in the subject.  Where were you when I posted this???

I love the fabric you used for your door thing.

I filled mine with the most inexpensive Kitty Litter I could find, they are heavy and dont roll away with wind.
