Well i'm stuck.

The love of my life Oakleys jeans have finally died. Its a very sad day.

In 2 weeks time i'm off on holiday to Barcelona! Huzzah!

I want these reincarnated please! Cheesy Any ideas?

I wear all sorts of things, Moroccan paisley sequins right through to punky/kitch stuff. I've already cut these down. See photos. I haven't posted enough yet for the privilege of posting pictures.

Its officially really weird and really difficult to take photos of your own bum.

One problem or at least fix-er-upper is the fact i've worn them to hole-age on the inside thighs. Heeh. I tried to make them last.  Grin

Send forth your ideas! For i am idealess.

Seriously? 26 views and no ideas?

Would it work if i cut out a siloette shape on the back pocket, and put some funky camo material behind and it shows through? Whats the best way of fixing it on the inside and making sure it doesnt fray too much?

Hi! I guess I'm view #31.  Kiss My ideas might be lame, but I'll try anyway. Roll Eyes

What if you turned the bottom of the newly created shorts into a cuff? This should help the fraying issue. Do you really need the back pockets? Consider ripping them away and go for some fun embroidered (if you do that sort of thing) in the back. Or patches maybe?

Make them unique and personal.

If you don't like the cuffed bottom, maybe try lace on a hemmed bottom?

I rearely wear shorts but I do these things to denim minis.  Wink

Well i'm loving the idea of the lace around the bottom but i'm not sure if it'll look so right on these. I'm tempted to do a cuff-y type thing with them though!

I can really do with some demin-y inspiration!

I'm afraid I haven't got a helpful crafty suggestion - I was just going to say that I'm not sure you're going to want to be wearing denim in Barcelona! It's hot this time of year.

They came from Helena Bonham Carter's Pantaloonies collection. I remembered seeing it in a magazine ages ago. I expect you can find a better picture somewhere on the net.
