International Knit In Public Day Events.. June 9th

I'm organising a get together in Plymouth so here's the flyer. Please pass on to any knitters you know in Devon or Cornwall! It should be fun, the cafe is in the kids playground so parents who knit are welcome, and its a lovely community cafe with decently priced drinks and munchies. There's plenty of space for sitting outside if the weather is good!

Is anyone else planning meetups for KIP day? There's a list of events planned in other towns here http://www.wwkipday.com, if there's nothing near you now would be a good time to organise something

oh that sounds like so much fun! I used to live in Plymouth but I moved years ago and it's a good few hours drive away
I'll probably be heading to the park or beach with my friends that weekend but I'm the only one who knits, I might take something along to work on just to support KIPing.
