I just finished my first project from The Happy Hooker and naturally it had to be a Fat Bottom Bag.  The yarn's Debbie Bliss Cotton DK.  It's not been decorated as yet - I had a jewelled brooch in mind, but of course now I can't find it.   Roll Eyes

For the lining, I put some padding into the finished bag, then laid the fabric over the outside of the bag, pinned it where the darts should go and machine sewed about 1cm inside the pins to make it fit the inside.  Seemed to work fairly well.

Beautiful work!  And heck YES another Fat Bottom Bag...that's by far my favorite project in there...it's easy, and everyone wants one, so it makes holidays/birthdays a LOT easier!

fat bottomed bags are great!  I love your lining- I haven't summoned up the courage to find a lining for mine yet - but it is already a much coveted item!

Yours looks very soft and well made - well done.

That's lovely - the lining looks so good against the yarn you've chosen. I've just finished In Bloom and so this is next on my list!
