Thanks! I was really unhappy about having to use white -- in my profile, I even say that I hate white.  But I have to change that -- off-white is my new favorite color.  I've been making ATCs with it and working in my personal journal with it.

Those are beautiful!  You can tell you really enjoyed making them.

So, the pages I made Racky aren't quite monochromatic, and the pages a_a made me aren't either.  Is everyone ok with that?  I'm working on red pages right now for qazi, and I'm having a hard time sticking to just red.

My white pages to qazicat are very similar to yours in the amount of "not really white" in them. I am totally fine with "mostly monochromatic" on my pages. I'm doing my best on my blue pages for alteredmommy, but they are going to have to have little, teeny tiny touches of other color in them or my head may explode.

We wouldn't want that, now would we?

I am! I hope everyone else is too, because in hindsight, I took some liberties (I guess my pages are mostly monochromatic). Wink But I asked my group what they thought and most people volunteered that accent colours were okay or defined their colour pretty broadly.

I have a feeling we might all be taking those liberties...I'm sure I will be.

your off white pages are fantastic Kat!!  I was thinking how much I really liked the fingers when I realized I had sent them to you Cheesy

I managed to finish squirrelgirl's hot pink pages using just hot pinks and black.  there really aren't many shades of hot pink.   I like how everyone is being pretty flexible shall we say about colour Smiley

Thanks everyone who pm'd me that they sent.  I'm just waiting on no-one!!
It is so very excellent that everyone is pretty much on time (even waaay early)

Oh and I moved the send/receive list to the front page of the gallery and will post changes there from now on

Those are fantastic spreads, Kat and Ali! (LOL Kat and Ali! Har har Ooold tv show ref.)  Are the white spreads and tag edged with black and red?

They're really inspiring. I can't wait to see more. Smiley

I don't mind touches of other colours as acsents as long as it is mostly monochromatic. So if you are sending to me feel free to make the spreads mostly monochromatic.

In fact the spreads that I have completed so far are mostly monochromatic.

Try covering a lightweight cardboard with fabric or a nice paper. Book weight cardboard would work best. Sometimes in a pinch, I will use the back piece of cardboard from a pad of paper; it's the perfect weight.
