I used ribbons in the first set, but I'd used up all of my stash, so I had to get creative on this one!  I'm really glad you like them minouette!

I really like all the angel pages, but that orange one is really amazing.  It's like a punch in the eye! (in a good way, I promise!)

Earlier in this thread, I posted my journal and said that I'd used photo corners to mount my tags.

Well, that didn't work so well.  The tags kept flying out of the book every time I so much as looked at it!  I spent about an hour staring at it last night to figure out a different way to attach the tags, when it hit me -- they have ties!

So I punched holes on the edges of my page, removed the fibers from each card, then re-threaded the fibers through the hole in the tag and the hole in the page!  It looks great!  The tags are securely attached and the fibers hang out of the edges of the book, just like I wanted.  You can easily see both sides of the tags.

The only tag I didn't attach that way was OY's -- her's is made from handmade paper and was kind of delicate.  It is also one-sided, so I had previously glued it to my page to display and protect it.  I punched a hole in the page through the hole in the tag, then threaded the fibers through that -- so it looks just like all the others.

What a great idea!  I was trying to figure out what to do with mine, and I think I am going to make small library card pockets (possibly out of vellum).  Now I'm not sure though, because you'd have to take them out to see the pretty bits.

Katxena, that's brilliant! I was thinking more of something like mub describes. I'll post my book when I've got it bound, now that I have all my lovely pages together!  Grin

But I was thinking of making a couple of pages for myself, so that the book includes me and all my partners. I love how all the styles are different and people make you things that you wouldn't have dreamt yourself.  Cheesy

Eventually, I plan a series of books (at least two!) for which I'll make a box so for instance my multicoloured pages will be stored with the white ones for round II.
