I have a lot of left overs of cotton yarn lying about. So in an attempt to de-stash I am working on projects that don't require a lot of yarn.

Here's my latest: a crochet bottle carrier with attitude. It's very easy to make, I didn't use a pattern. But if you wish for a tute I can make a photo-story. (I am not good at the English crochet lingo, it's even worse than my knittin-english. )

What do you think?

that is super cute! Did you start from the bottom or top? My mom so needs one since she is always letting her water bottle roll around in the car.
I love the colors and the slight frill around the edge. Smiley

I agree! And, I'd like to make one for my mom, too. And one for me, but a bit bigger to fit a Nalgene bottle- I have a carrier, but it is pretty bulky, so this might work better!

And, MissMinoes, the pattern looks like it is pretty easy, so if you went with a photo tute, that would probably be clear enough!

I would also love a photo-story!  This would be great for our 5 AM jogs around the lake.  =)

I have a lot of Lion Brand Homespun that I'd love to trade for something else!
