As long as you don't burn it, it isn't HORRIBLY smelly, but it does put out some fumes.

You can also varnish it with future floor wax.

I was just wondering about an alternative, shiny sealer to the stuff in the stupidly tiny jars - I tried a spray on sealant on painted sculpy (it's gotten yucky although it might be due to the humidity here.)

When you use the floor wax, do you brush it on, or do you think it would work to dip a piece in it & let it drip-dry? I don't do sculpy stuff very often.

Oh, and chrissiemags - beaded beads would be so swell!

uh, I hear thinder - gotta send a PM and then log off....Byyyyeeeeeeee for now.

Thanks guys, I just went and bought strawberry poptarts from the vending machine.  Now I'm gonna be as cracked out as loves2experiment all afternoon  Tongue

Also, I think if your name is Pancho, you're required to wear a sombrero at all times.  On the other hand, I'm not sure what someone (or something) named Sir Humps-A-Lot would wear  Wink

Um, on a craftier note... I agree that beaded ladybugs would be awesome.  I've made beaded turtles before that were a lot of fun-- maybe I'll make some of those for next month Smiley  I'm getting tired of ye olde beads though, I might go back to stuffies for a little while again.

I will find an excuse to post a picture of Pancho.  I'm finishing stuff for the yappy dogs swap, so maybe he can model something Smiley

Future floor finish is a liquid so I usually apply it with cotton swabs if I want just certain areas shiny or I dip the whole piece and let it air dry if I want to seal the whole thing.  It has an oddly fruity smell, kind of toxic-fumey but ok if you crack a window.
