P.S.  If she doesn't want it, you can always send it my direction.   Grin  Heehee, jk.

Hmmm...you might want to wait until you see if before you say that Wink

She mentioned the word "retro" in a message and that's what started it all...I'm just hoping that she doesn't equate it with "tacky" Wink

I'm sure I will love it!!! So far,  this has been my favorite swap to make things for!  It was fun

Sorry I didn't post pictures earlier.  My computer at home has decided not to work again so I had to upload pictures at work.  Here is the great swap package that h_pets360 sent me.  Hum where to start.

First a skirt with very cute owls hand painted on the but pockets.

A needle case with an owl appliqued on the front.  Something I definitely need since my boyfriend keeps finding needles all over the apartment.

A really nicely made crocheted zipper coin purse that had two of the cutest owl buttons I've ever seen in it.

A decoupaged owl journal

A tank top with tons of sequins and a little felted owl

A sewing machine cover that my sewing nook really needed

And a owl calendar that I'm already using and the cutest owl cross stitch kit that I can't wait to try.

Thank you so much h_pets360 for sending me so much great stuff.

Wow, all this stuff is great!  I especially love the owls on the butt pockets of the skirt - so fun, and the sewing stuff will be really useful.  Lucky giantsquid!

I sent yesterday - I hope rhinestoneextract likes everything...  Undecided

How cute!  I love the sewing cover.  I received my package today!  I will post pics in just a moment.  Have to get the pictures together.  I really love the things that everyone is making.  I adore everything that indie-knitter has sent me.  Hope she likes everything I sent her, too.  I'll be back to post in a minute.

giantsquid- You got a fantastic package! Everything looks so nicely made! The owls on the skirt, needle case and machine cover are adorable! And the owl on the journal is fabulous!

And thanks, folks, for helping to ease my anxiety about my package! I'm quite proud of the large item I made (a labor of love it turned out to be), but sometimes I do have unusual tastes...one gal's treasures are another gal's trash...  Cheesy  I'm hoping it arrives tomorrow or Thursday. The last package I sent in the US only took a couple of days...

I received from indie-knitter today, and may I say... What a talented lady she is.  I love everything!

Total package:  An awesome purse, two pairs of earrings, a journal, and my favorite, an amazing wallet that she knit.

Up close of the earrings, embroidery on purse, and the cables on the wallet:

Thanks so much indie-knitter!
