hi, i just bought 4 balls of hempathy in a nice mustard yellow (if you were at the event last night with Punk Knits Author in vancouver,  Hi! - it was a lot of fun)

what do i do with it?  Its such an interesting texture i want to make something that i will totally love - but i'm about a size 13ish (canadian sizes) so i don't know if that will work for that much wool.  I did do a search on this and someone else had a similar question, but no one answered.   I really hope someone has some ideas... Smiley thanks a lot!!

That ought to be enough for a sleeveless top with a scoop neck. Knit in the round, so the front and back match. You may add a couple of stripes if you start running short.

I was thinking of using hempathy to make this cute cami: http://www.magknits.com/Apr06/patterns/calla.htm

Plant fibers aren't a usual choice for cables, but this pattern calls for a cotton blend yarn and it's designed to work out. As for whether you'd have enough, I recall when I was doing the math that three balls of hempathy would work for me (making one of the small sizes), so four skeins might work for one of the middle sizes. I use yarndex.com as a reference when figuring this stuff out.
