I think of these as cushions, not stuffed animals. I made a lino block print of a giraffe, printed it on various monochromatic fabrics, chose a variety of backside fabrics (mainly vintage cotton from thrift store) and embellished with various buttons and such. One giraffe cushion apparents in my "Butterflies are the new pirates post",


but since they are habit-forming, I now have a herd:

you know it took me a good 10 seconds before I actually saw the giraffe print on them. Sorry, but I sat here thinking where are their ears and horns(is that what they're called), and then I saw the print and boy did I feel dumb. I think they are great now.

I guess the teal ones are subtle. I should have posted an obviously printed (say brown-on-pink) at the top.
