YAY!  I got mine!  It had so so so much great stuff in it!  Bath confetti, patch of a horse (love that!), several different kinds of flower pins, a marble magnet, sidewalk chalk (my DH stole it lol), a barbie necklace, paperclips, really cool matchbook, a couple of stickers (LOVE the Hole one), a cute little skull ring, a couple of Homies and I'm sure I'm forgetting something I just fell in love with it all!  Thank you so much!  I'll try to talk DH into letting me use the webcam for a sec, but with him playing Half Life 2 it may be a while lol  Thanks again for being such a great swap buddy!

BTW:  Alleycat....sorry about not having the scarf in the pringles can, they said I couldn't send it that way and there was such a line I didn't want to argue with them =(  I'm glad you liked it though!

woo hoo, i got mine today from taped_on_wings. she sent me a really pretty purple scarf, some fun little wine glass charms made with barbie and skipper shoes, a matching bacelet and earring set, a bumblebee cell phone charm and an adorable dragon fly bobby pin. yeah thank you so much, i love it!

Let me tell you a little bit about my day yesterday - I got up early and left early for work. Blah.  I was at work till 2AM this morning.  Double blah.  But when I got home, it was anything but blah!!!!  I got my package from Cairnlae and there was so much goodness tusffed inside, I'm having trouble remembering it all!  I tell you what I don't have trouble remembering, though: the can!  She decorated it so fabulously with a montage of all sorts of stuff and wrapped something fun around it (maybe some type of ribbon?)  I got my camera working again finally (after how many months?  Woohoo!)  so I'll just post a picture and a complete list later so you can all frolick in the fabulousness with me!!!!

       And, wonderfully, my NAME spelled out in Scrabble tiles!!   Number 1, I LOVE Scrabble tiles,
               number 2, ever since I was a little kid I've wanted something with my name on it, but it's
               so uncommon, I could never find anything.  So this is like fulfilling one of my little kid dreams,
               thank you so much!

      The Best, GUITAR PICKS with the American Flag on them!  My husband is jealous of those!

I LOVE ALL of it, it is so wonderful and generous, and yes I like pink and red a lot!!!  Thank you thank you thank you, Allison!

OH yeah i'm gald you liked everything Paige!! Scrabble tiles are great i love them! I wonder if it would be possible to make manly guitar pick earrings?  hehe it would be fun to try. Anyways i'm glad you liked it all!

Woohoo!!!! Pictures as promised!!!!  Along with a more detailed listing of all cairnlae's hard work!!!!


This is whole kit and kaboodle!!!!  I'm telling you, that can was STUFFED!!!!  To protect the can for mailing, she wrapped it in brown paper and wrote "Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life. - Picasso"  I hadn't heard that one before, but I really like it!!!!


A close up of the can!  See what I mean about the ribbon?  If I didn't suck at collage, I'd make a can that looks like this!!!!  


The circle/frilly object leanuing against the bread is a fabulous pin!!!!  The piece of cloth right in front of that is what the magnets came wrapped in!  Speaking of magnets, in this picture, you can see the glittery fun moon magnet, the Frido Kahlo magnet, Victoria Regina magnet, Fun Lady in Sunglasses magnet, and the Hi! magnet!  Frido and the Sunglasses lady are both bottle tops, the moon is a baby food jar lid(?), and the remaing ones are marble magnets!!!!  They all make me smile!!!!


Now you can see the two awesome necklaces she sent me!!!!  One is this amazing cylinder of beads and the other is a delightful string of flowers made from beads!  And how perfect is that?  I had one like this (but white in between each flower) that I loved, but some guy I work with was stupid and accidentally broke it.  Beads scattered and I couldn't find them all and couldn't really get the knack of putting it back together.  But now I have this one that I love!!!!  I simply won't wear it to work.  You can also see the very awesome earrings she sent to me!  I always see these beads in the shops, but I don't know what to do with them.  Now I know!!!!  


Here you get another view of the cylinder of beads necklace I was talking about, a brighter picture of one of the earrings, and two cuffs made from ties!  I love them both!  Fabulous colors, fabulous idea, and fabulous button on the one in the front!!!!  You can also see the two rubbery frogs, Ned and Fred (what?  They needed names!)


Now how cool is that?  That is a pin made from a can!  Go recycling!  I'll never know how you got the ends smooth enough that even clumsy me hasn't managed to cut myself with it, but I am so grateful!!!!  


My chocolate frog and his two rubbery friends!!  As you can see, The chocolate frog also had garnet and gold ribbon!  I feel all Harry Pottery now!!!!  I think I'm going to try putting one of the frogs in some soap I'm making this weekend!  I've always wanted to try that and now I have a way!!!!

I'm all *ablush*...LOL...and to think I thought you didn't like it 'cause I didn't hear from you for 2 whole days after you got it! Lol..I'm such a brat....I'm so glad that you got the reference to the "Griffindor" colors I used on the chocolate frog...our head decorator at the bakery made that...I noticed cows in your pics...COWS..you never mentioned cows..I coulda made ya something cow related too!! And that's a great idea for the frogs, wish I'd thought of that...they are the kind you're supposed to be able to throw against a wall and they stick...but I think they lost that ability awhile back(I have ALOT of aggression sometimes..heehee..)Again, so glad you like everything(wiping off the blood sweat and tears)...now back to work...
