Here is an idea I came up with awhile back. I took an old book and cut a niche out of the back (through the hardcover and pages) to hold a clock movement. Then I glued the entire book together, making it a solid piece. I designed my 3-D scene on the front - and then installed the clock movement. I also attached a wire on the back for hanging. This is an idea anyone can do -- and for only the price of the clock movement (around $7 where I live) you can make a one-of-a-kind clock that makes a great wedding or house-warming gift.

That is one awesome clock. I've started collecting cute clocks (only 2 at the moment  Sad , I guess I'm not a very good collecter) and if I ever saw your clock in a store, yeah, I'd probably grab it in a second.

I LOVE your art!! You're very talented. It makes me want to spend the next week sitting at my table and craft non-stop. Very inspirational.

that is a fabulous remake! Love the idea of the book and clock. I have for years fallen asleep when I read no matter what time of day or night! Nice work on it too
