Well I loved this clutch http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=24610.0 and decided it would be a great spring/summer bag. I had some pink/white fabric in my stash and a great thrift store find (the white and blue lining) Its worked great as a pencil bag at school and for sunglasses and chapstick for weekends. thanks to laurasaurus for the great tute. feedback welcome.

I love the summery feel the stripy fabric gives it... good work!

I like how you paired the main and lining fabrics. I love both fabrics.  Cheesy The bag is great. This is just a suggestion, but you could change the button to a more fancy one. idk, I think it would look really cute with a more unusual and bigger button.

dreamergirl: I actually was hoping to find a bigger button, I'm still looking for one, good idea!

mariase: the tutorial is great, you should defiantly make one!

Adorable! I've been on a major clutch kick lately...I will have to go through my fabric stash and make one of these babies! I really love how you paired the two fabrics, I seem unable to pair cute fabric and lining!

soulsammich: i had never done stripes before but this pattern seemed pretty forgiving in that area.
