They look amazing!  Shocked
I definitely hit "THIS ROCKS" (that's punny, since they're made out of fish tank rocks, haha)

Did you put any kind of sealer on the inside of them once they were made? If not, that might help to insure that they stay together.

Mek, I didn't put any kind of sealer. The ones I can get on my budget tend to be crappy and sticky =P if you let them melt for long enough they'll bond together really well, like the big pink&clear one.

littlestellarebeam, the amount they spread depends on the amount of time you leave them in the oven. Can't be much more than 1cm! But then I didn't measure. I will next time.

Post if you've made any! I'd love to see!

I just cannot ever get over the true INGENUITY of you guys!
This is golden!
Now, I am not sure where to find these "plastic rocks", the only aquarium rocks I have seen are glass?  Can you please advise (I am in the US).
Man, what a great project, you are GENIUS!
I love this place, such imagination.

Thank you!

I got mine from a cheap $2 type of store..they really are just rocks that are plastic lol. I'm not sure if you would have them in the US? I've only seen them in that one place over here is Aus (Hot Potatoes on Sydney Rd, for you Melbournians), so..I guess it's just up to luck. Florists may have them. Or any place selling giftwares and such..they're the type of thing you'd put in the bottom of a floral arrangement or some sort of household display.
Ok I'll just give you a pic Cheesy

They're sold in those netting sacks, or in plastic box carton things. Click for bigger pic.
Hope this helps!

See, I have some of these, BUT they are glass!
I wanted to do some kind of wire wrapped pendants with them, I don't think I have ever seen the plastic type, BUT I am on a serious hunt for them now, thank you for the pic and the info Smiley I love your bracelets!

TimelessBarbara, you can find these at walmart in the fish aisle, also petsmart & petco carry them.
