You have to let the paint totally dry, or it will run.
However I like that look

And the paper I used this time was just regular printer paper. But, a while ago when I was making duplicates of a shirt, I used photopaper (glossy or matte) so they would be reusable. You just have to make sure that the paper lines up every time. Thats probably the hardest part of multi layering

your tutorial sounds good and helps me a lot, but the pictures aren't working! Sad sad.

yeah, the pictures don't work because my site that I was hosting them on shut down, and, of course, I lost the originals. I'll get around to making another multi-layer something here soon, and I'll post up up. Promise!

By any chance, have you tried this with the freezer paper stencils and tried ironing a second layer on something already painted?  Have one that I think it going to require that and kind of concerned about what it will do to the other paint.
