Just in time for summer  Wink . . . a nice wooly Starsky.  I know many Craftsters have made this cardigan, but I loved the design and wanted to share my results.  This is the most complicated design I have knit so far.  I used KnitPicks Sierra in Cranberry and needles that were 4 sizes smaller than recommended to get the right gauge!   Shocked

Here are the pics:





What do you guys think?  It fits great and is really warm.  Too bad I have to wait for winter to wear it!

With this project I learned:  short-row shaping, double knitting and mattress stitch seaming.

Ooooh I love it!  I just started my own starsky today (literally - all I have done is cast on the stitches).  Your sweater is excellent inspiration.

FAB job! I'm a huge cardi fan and love the stitch detail on this one. Now you'll have something to look forward to once the cold temps arrive.

I live in SoCal, where it's oft times too warm for my taste, and yet I continued to crank out sweaters. I sometimes miss the chilly days of my many decades spent in MN.
