Pattern is from Greetings from Knit Cafe. I used Sublime Mohair on size 10 bamboo straights. I really enjoyed the pattern -- up until the picot bind off when it got a little tedious, but well worth the effort. I plan on making more as soon as I can get my hands on some Rowan KSH.

very beautiful, when it's around your neck, the edges remind me of the delicate fronds of a sea fan or something like that.

My first thought?  Glorious!  I want one!  I love the colours too.  And I definitely love the frilliness!

I have Greeting from the Knit Cafe and I didn't really look twice at that pattern.  After I saw your finished scarf I thought it was super sexy in an understated kinda way...I was inspired to dig out my book again.  I think I might want to "attempt" to make myself one.  I'm a great starter but not quite as hot in the finishing department!!  Thanx for the inspiration!

I have been wanting to knit this for a long time.  Is the Sublime a little thicker than the KSH?  I like the way yours looks even better than the original.  How many skeins of the sublime did you use to knit this?  Love it.

Thank you for all the compliments! I think the Sublime is a little thicker than the KSH. The LYS did not have the KSH, so I am just going by memory. I bought 3 skeins of the Sublime and have leftovers from each of them. I think I might be able to get one more scarf out of it; using the pale as the main color.

I definitely want to try it in the KSH because the there are more colors to choose from. I may go down a needle size with the KSH I don't want it to look to stretched out looking.

I hope my sister-in-law likes it since she'll be getting this one for her birthday. I think it is going to look great with her blue eyes. I have had several offers of friends willing to take it off my hands.
