The jury's still out on the color: in some light it looks bubblegum pink, at other times it's almost purple.  The only place I could find where the color photographed accurately was on the carpet Tongue

The yarn was thrifted (laceweight I think); I used a 5mm hook and finished all the yarn. The size is about 50 cm across the top, and the lace pattern is from a Dutch craft book.  It's the first thing I made for myself since a while Smiley.

Thanks for reading!

Oooh, I like the color.  And the patience it must have taken to crochet with a lace-weight yarn!  What size hook did you have to use?
