you start of by making part of your chain, then you slip stitch along the cups, then chain more the other end and join your chain.
does that make sense?  Undecided

I have to second that I LOVE LOVE that purple yarn color! WOW. What is it made out of cotton? silk mix?

I also love that orange and white one. I could have sworn I saw some at Joann's yesterday. I coud be wrong but I can check it out if you want me to. I agree with the others I think if you mxed it up and added an orange on the botton it would look fab.

i posted mine about a week ago, and as you can probably see, it is really, really puffy.  i decided to stop increasing by about the fourth row and havent increased it since, and am currently on the 19th row and it still puffs out as though i were increasing it.  anyone else having this problem?  any tips or suggestions or solutions?

im so excited for when its done though!!!!

Try doing 4 increases instead of 6.  Or just working a few extra rows between increase rows.

I was trying to conserve yarn and increased very little (I think 11 total increases in the whole bodice).  I ended up with a fairly snug bodice.  I'm contemplating frogging it back and throwing in one or two more shells for a little more ease.  On the other hand, this is why I never get anything done... always thinking I could improve it somehow.  Tongue

I stopped increasing just after the first increase row. Shocked

Yeah, and make sure that when you join the chain to the other one, don't twist it. I made that mistake...twice.

Thanks! And I'm still active in this thread, even though I ran out of yarn. Tongue
